2、然后我们再把iphone4连接电脑 ，如果电脑中的itunes软件没有打开我们再打开它。

3、在itunes识别你iphone4之后我们再在键上同时按下Shift(上档键)+鼠标左键点击iTunes的更新/恢复功能。
